The former tenants of the Metropole Hotel reached a settlement Wednesday with Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. The Metropole Tenant Association had accused developers 3CDC, Azeotropic Partners LLC, The Model Group Inc. and Brickstone Properties LLC. of improperly forcing out the property?s tenants to make way for the 21C Museum Hotel, now under construction. The settlement will pay the plaintiffs $80,000. The per tenant payout breaks down to roughly $480 per tenant, as 140 have submitted claims...Wednesday, September 21, 2011
