Resources to help missing, runaway kids likely to dwindle under budget cuts

With the national debt of more than $14 trillion and Ohio facing a $8 billion budget hole, there likely will be fewer police officers, social workers and probation officers available to help missing and runaway kids as more cuts come at the federal and state level.
