Stiletto heel attack suspect arrested; woman allegedly beat man trying to help

DAYTON - Heather Sims, who allegedly attacked a man with a stiletto-heeled shoe, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday on warrants for felonious assault and misdemeanor theft.
