Burden of unplanned births on Ohio debated
Births resulting from unplanned pregnancies cost Ohio taxpayers nearly a half billion dollars a year, according to a recently released study from the pro-choice Guttmacher Institute, which says the study highlights the need to provide contraceptives and counseling services to women with limited access to those resources.
