Some of the new Ford Escape SUVs to be built in Louisville could be used in a new partnership with Zipcar Inc. According to a news release, Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) has formed a strategic alliance with Zipcar to provide vehicles to students at more than 250 college campuses across the country. Under the Zipcar model, students can pay a membership fee and then rent cars for short periods of time.
