Rescuer: I thought man beneath burning car was dead

Mike Johnson, a construction worker who helped rescue a motorcyclist from beneath a blazing car in Utah Monday, said Wednesday: ?I thought we were just removing the car from a body. I just didn?t think the body should burn with the car.?
