Proposed bill would allow imates to manufacture goods for market

DAYTON - A local state representative is crafting legislation that would allow Ohio prison inmates to manufacture consumer goods for the open market, a move he said would help pay the costs of incarceration, aid in rehabilitation, create non-prisoner jobs and reclaim for America the manufacturing of products now made exclusively abroad.
